Step 2: Send us proof

To submit a claim, simply contact us through online chat or email with one of the following:

• A direct link to the competitor’s product page,

• A screenshot showing the price, product details, and stock status,

• Or a digital or physical quote from the retailer.

Please make sure the information is clear and current to speed up verification.

Step 3: We’ll verify and respond

Once we’ve reviewed your submission and confirmed eligibility, we’ll send you a one-time discount code for 10% off the competitor’s price. This code will be valid for 24 hours and must be used online. We’ll also cover the shipping costs.
