5G coils are manufactured using two molding methods: cold and hot.
We gather all available information to determine the most suitable molding method for each vehicle, considering the unique characteristics of each car.
Temperature control is a crucial factor in coil manufacturing. While
coils are produced through various processes, meticulous temperature control is required at every stage.
This necessitates extensive knowledge and accumulated technical expertise. Uncompromising temperature control is the lifeline of 5G coils and
ensures a stable product supply.
"Sagging" is a word we often hear in relation to coil springs. This refers to situations where
the ride comfort changes or the vehicle height shifts shortly after installation.
5G Coil has studied this "sagging" and sought stable performance, employing
shot peening and setting techniques to enhance durability and create coils that are highly resistant to sagging.
5G coils are expected to operate in demanding environments. We have introduced magnetic powder coating, which offers superior coating performance.
Using environmentally friendly coating equipment, the entire process from cleaning and pretreatment to painting, baking, and drying is carried out on a single line.
We use weather-resistant, water-resistant, and corrosion-resistant epoxy and polyester paints, resulting in a coating performance that is significantly stronger than solvent-based coatings.
