The opening pressure of the pressure adjustment valve is set to 127kpa (1.3kg/cm²) to maximize the cooling performance of the radiator.

The metal parts are made of rust-resistant stainless steel to improve durability.

The rubber packing is made of silicone synthetic rubber, which is corrosion-resistant, elastic, and highly heat-resistant.

The pressure valve spring has a high precision of ±0.1 kg/cm², and high precision and quality are maintained under a strict control system.

Differences in shape between TYPE-1 and TYPE-2

The BLITZ RACING RADIATOR CAP comes in two types: "TYPE-1" with a blue label and "TYPE-2" with a red label.
Vehicles listed in the vehicle compatibility chart are labeled either "TYPE-1" or "TYPE-2." However, for products labeled "TYPE-1/TYPE-2," please check the type currently installed on your vehicle and select the one with the same shape.

*Even for vehicles not listed in the vehicle compatibility chart, if the cap has the same shape as either of the two caps, it may be compatible. However, please note that if a similar shape cap cannot be installed, or if a similar shape cap can be installed, it will not be compatible if the original radiator cap has a pressure higher than 1.3 kg/cm2.
