By placing a powerful magnet inside the filter to attract fine iron particles in the oil and reducing the load on the filter paper, and by using filter paper with low pressure loss, we have achieved a filtration performance that removes 98% of 50-micron particles, achieving both high filtration performance and low pressure loss.
Furthermore, the improved filtration performance ensures that even a small filter can provide the necessary filtration for the engine. This miniaturization of the filter allows you to keep the amount of oil in the filter during operation low, reducing the filter weight and preventing the filter from loosening or falling off due to vibration.
